JOSEPH A. HYLAND
is an Associate with the firm. He received his J.D. from St. John's School of Law in 1999. As a law student, he interned as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Joseph P. Sullivan of the Appellate Division, First Department.

Mr. Hyland was admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the Southern and Eastern U.S. District Courts of New York in 2000. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

PAUL J. FELLIN
joined the firm as an Associate in August 2006. He started with the firm as a Law Clerk during his second and third years of law school.

Mr. Fellin graduated Cum Laude in May 2006 from St. John's University School of Law. In law school, he was a Notes and Comments Editor for the St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary and a recipient of the Saint Thomas More Scholarship. He received his B.S. in Finance from St. John's University in 2003. Mr. Fellin was admitted to practice law in New York in 2006 and in Florida in 2007.
